BANGOR (NEWS CENTER Maine) -- The man accused of stealing a police cruiser and leading police on a high speed chase was indicted on Wednesday.

Tyler Tibbetts, of Dexter, was indicted on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking, operating after revocation and improper plates. These charges came from a January incident.

Tibbetts will appear in the Penobscot County Court on July 3 to review the May and January cases.
