PORTLAND (NEWS CENTER Maine) -- Back when Boston mob boss, "James Whitey" Bulger was on the run, the FBI tapped two greater Portland media companies to produce a PSA.
The message urged anyone who had information about Bulger's girlfriend, Catherine Greig, to call the FBI.
