Saint Nick
Ingredients:
- Vodka
- Tea of your choice
- Lemon juice
- Sparkline wine
Instructions:
- Combine 1.5oz vodka, 1oz tea, 1oz fresh lemon juice in a shaker with ice
- Shake and pour
- Top with sparkling wine and enjoy
Gin Martini
Ingredients:
- Gin
- Vermouth
Instructions:
- Combine 2oz of Vermouth and 1oz of Gin in a shaker with ice
- Stir and garnish with lemon peel and olives.
Pumpkin Spice Spanish Coffee
Ingredients:
- Overproof rum
- Allen's Coffee Brandy
- Cinnamon whiskey
- Fresh brewed, hot coffee
- Whipped cream
- Pumpkin spice
Instructions:
- Add overproof rum to a glass with a sugar rim
- Light match and use to light rum in the glass. This will allow sugar to start to caramelize
- Combine brandy, whiskey, and coffee in the glass.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
