Scholarship to be created in the name of fallen Berwick firefighter Captain Joel Barnes
There is a donation drive in the name of fallen Berwick firefighter Captain Joel Barnes. Friends and former classmates have started the fundraising to support The Old Orchard Beach Alumni Scholarship Fund in Barnes' name.
