It's not over yet! Here's what to expect for snow tonight into Friday

Round 1 is in the books. Now we're entering the second wave of the long-duration storm.

MAINE, USA — For the most part, Round 1 went as I expected. The one exception has been in Rangeley, Eustis, Kingfield area, where dry air really held on last night limiting snowfall totals for the first batch.

The second round will start rolling into the state after 7 p.m. Thursday.

Here's a look at the hour-by-hour forecast of when the next batch arrives:

Meso and global models think we have another 3-5" in us tonight.

And I'll need every inch to ward off the trolls....

When it's all said and done, we are sticking with our original map, though clearly some parts of the state will end up on the low end of the ranges. The County will finally get in on the snow Thursday night after missing out on the first batch.
