Record Cold Thanksgiving - GUTNER BLOG

Putting a bow on the last snowstorm, many areas picked up close to half a foot.

The snow season has gotten off to a raging start with the entire Northeast receiving above average snowfall.

A little more snow is in the forecast this evening as an arctic coldfront races through New England. Snow squalls will fire up along it after 3 pm. Just like Summer thunderstorms, not every town will get one. If you do, it will be an intense burst of snow and wind, and small accumulations can be expected.

Following that, mid-Winter cold rushes in and records will fall making it one of the coldest Thanksgivings ever.
