GOULDSBORO, Maine — Three people were killed in a single-vehicle crash in Gouldsboro Saturday night. It happened around 7 p.m. on West Bay Road.
The crash is still under investigation, but police say it appears speed and alcohol were factors.
Jessob Hayward, 22, of Gouldsboro, was the driver. Lucas Pottle of Steuben and a minor from Gouldsboro were the passengers. All were pronounced dead at the scene, according to Gouldsboro police.
The vehicle involved in the crash was a pickup truck
The Gouldsboro Police Department, Winter Harbor Police Department, Hancock County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene, along with EMTs from Gouldsboro, Winter Harbor, Sorrento, and Steuben.
