MAINE, USA — The Maine Principals' Association has announced that the pre-season for spring sports at Maine high schools will be postponed until April 27, 2020. 

Executive Director of the Maine Principals' Association, Dr. Holly Couturier, released a statement Friday morning explaining that the Principals' Association has been keeping in communication with the Maine CDC, DOE, Governor's office, and other health agencies to come to this decision.

The MPA Board of Directors and Interscholastic Management Committee voted Friday morning to delay the start of the spring sports season.
