Tom Brady #12 of the New England Patriots celebrates with Mark Wahlberg after defeating the Seattle Seahawks 28-24 to win Super Bowl XLIX at University of Phoenix Stadium on February 1, 2015 in Glendale, Arizona.

(NEWS CENTER Maine) — Tom Brady's 2015 Hollywood cameos in Entourage and Ted 2 were everything we wanted. But what if someone else were to portray the future Hall of Fame quarterback?

The GOAT's choice: Mark Wahlberg.

During his Nov. 19 weekly guest appearance on Westwood One's Monday Night Football pregame show, Brady and co-guest Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald were asked by California firefighter Mike Romero who they'd pick to play themselves on the big screen.

Here's how Brady answered:

"I'm going with Mark Wahlberg. Boston, legend, Dorchester. You know, one of the just 'grind it out' kind of guys. He'd be my choice."

Predictable? Perhaps. Still awesome to imagine? You bet.

Fitzgerald went with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
