(NEWS CENTER Maine)-- Poland Regional High School is very special to Morgan Brousseau. When she's not there, she wants to be, even when she doesn't have to be.

"Towards the end of summer I am always like, ok, I want to get back into the classroom... I don't mind waking up early and coming... There's a thing called senior privileges but I have not taken them yet.. I am here first thing in the morning and until the end of the day... I don't know, I just love being here..."

As well as being ranked in the top 5 in her class, Morgan plays field hockey, basketball and softball for the Knights. She'll be going to Endicott College next fall to study psychology and criminal justice. Her athletic career is likely over, and Morgan says she's fine with that since her experiences would be almost impossible to replicate.

"I've fallen in love with the teams at PRHS and being a part of the family we have on every team, so I can't really imagine feeling this way anywhere else... My expectations are really high"
