MILFORD (NEWS CENTER Maine) -- Multiple police agencies responded to County Road in Milford for reported armed robbery around 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Police were called to County Road Market located at 81 County Rd. They said the suspect walked in, showed a gun, demanded cash, and then fled on foot from the store towards the Henderson Street subdivision.
Police did not have a description of the man, only that he was wearing sweatpants and had a handgun. None of the clerks were injured.
Police agencies include Penobscot County Sheriff, Maine State Police, Old Town Police and Bangor Police. K-9 was brought in to help search for the suspect.
