(NEWS CENTER Maine)-- At this part of my life I have been working in television for more years than I have not. 27 years blessed with this job. But what if I wanted to do something else? Memorial Day weekend with so many people coming into the state seemed like a perfect time to try my hand at being the official greeter of Maine. So I went to the Northbound side of the Kennebunk rest area and chatted with people as they were coming into the state. Some were on vacation, some had graduations to attend, some have a camp up here, but all of them were excited to be kicking off the holiday weekend in the Pine Tree State, even if they were not all excited to be greeted by me. :)
