Jennifer Morin has served tirelessly as the treasurer for the Bangor Area Recovery Network (BARN), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting those afflicted by addiction.
In her role as treasurer, Jennifer brings financial management and fiscal accountability to this young non-profit that serves 250 to 300 individuals in the recovery community each year. In 2015, she spent more than 200 hours in the purchase and renovation of an 1868 Victorian house, now called Holyoke Haven, which provides sober housing for women.
In addition, Jen spent many hours serving on BARN’s Board of Directors and has also been active with Bangor Score as Business Coach and Secretary and chaired both the Membership Committee for the EMMC Auxiliary, and the Veterans’ Committee for Cardinal Retreats, hosting weekend retreats for veterans who suffer with PTSD.
