Located right in Portland, the small business, owned by Mary and Will Sissle, packs big flavor! There's a variety of cheeses to choose from, so you have plenty of options! I also saw pastas and meats on display as well. What's really neat about this business, and a few other nearby, is that they are in a shipping container! Yes! You read that right.
They also have a menu with a grilled cheese sandwich and a few other options!
