PORTLAND, Maine — The Portland Fire Dept. is reported an "all hands" fire at 74 Elm St. in Portland early Thursday afternoon.
The deputy chief told NEWS CENTER Maine, a construction crew was trying to replace some brick using heat to dry out the moisture, when some insulation caught fire.
No further injuries or damage were reported.
