Lobster Cornbread, it's something you should try. Lynn Archer has a secret to share.

Lobster Cornbread

In a cast iron frying pan

1/2 stick of Butter

2tbsp flour

1/4 cup Sherry

1 & 1/2 Cup Lobster meat

1 cup Milk

Heat to thicken, stirring constantly. The butter will turn the lobster meat a bright red, and the flour and sherry and splash of lemon add to the flavor. Pour this mixture over corn bread.

Corn Bread

1 Cup Cornmeal stoneground

1/4 cup Sugar

1 Egg

1 C Milk

3 Tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp salt

1 Cup Flour

1 Cup Corn kernels
