The Escape Room

Teams have an hour to solve clues that unlock locks and enable them to leave the Escape Room

Portland, ME (NEWS CENTER) -- Folks looking for a different night out are heading in to the Escape Room. Teams of ten are given an hour to solve clues and unlock the four locks that prevent their escape.

Steven Knight put this business project together after seeing similar rooms in other cities.

He or a staff member will watch clients on video as they attempt to interpret clues.

Nothing pops out or scares people. It is good, clean, "adult" fun in that the clues are advanced enough that children could not figure them out.

Knight is currently considering expansion and opening a room for children.
