Blushift Aerospace ready to blast off

Mainers have come up with a bio-derived fuel that could power rockets carrying modern mini-payloads into space

A group of Mainers is entering the space race.  They have developed a fuel which they believe can launch small commercial rockets into space deploying payloads.

Their company is called bluShift Aerospace.

CEO Sascha Deri says the individuals involved have invest a lot of their own time and money.

They have developed a bio-derived fuel which they think is outstanding.

They hope to develop a program that will launch small payloads into space.  In their wildlife dreams, they would launch these rockets from Maine.

Currently, they are testing their fuel at Brunswick Landing.
