Mainers at work in MN during Super Bowl Week

MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA (NEWS CENTER MAINE) -- For thousands of people, Super Bowl week is a non-stop job. From logistics, to security, to making sure interviews happen at the right time, people are working hard— and some of those people are Mainers.

Barry Sprague is from Camden, and he now works as the operations manager for NBC Sports. He's been manning his spot at radio row day and night making sure things go smoothly.

"Getting pictures, getting stories back to the viewers is what we're here to do," says Sprague. "It's the glue that hold everything together to make it happen."

Gary Tanguay is a well-known personality at NBC Sports Boston. He started his career WRUM in his hometown of Rumford, Maine, and says never giving up is what got him to where he is today.

"I can't tell you how many people told me I would never be on television," Tanguay says. "It's just part of the deal, you are going to get rejected. And then you get that one break and be nice to everybody, and you really have to work hard."

These two, and thousands more, will keep up the hard work this week, so viewers at home can enjoy the best that Super Bowl 52 has to offer.
