PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) — The Class A State Championship game kicked off Super Saturday. The Bonny Eagle Scots took down the Portland Bulldogs, 34-14. This is the Scots' sixth state title in the last 13 years.

Wells took home its first Class C Gold Ball after shutting out the MDI Trojans, 44-0. The Warriors won a Gold Ball in Class B back in 2011.

Lisbon and MCI finished the night in the Class D state game. After losing the last two state title games, the Huskies rallied to a 20-14 win as time expired. MCI last won a state title in 1974.

On Friday, Brunswick finished its perfect season with the Class B state title, taking down Kennebunk, 28-6.
