PORTLAND (NEWS CENTER Maine) - On July 25, 2010, Taquan Samuels was shot and killed while leaving a party at 55 Allen Avenue in Portland.
He was 22-years-old.
Samuels was from Brooklyn, NY.
He was shot once in the chest, according to police.
