Lewiston police investigating 'apparent shooting'

LEWISTON (NEWS CENTER Maine) — Police are investigating an "apparent shooting incident" over the weekend in Lewiston.

The Lewiston Police Department said Monday officers and detectives responded to reports of gunshots in the area of 35 Bradley Street at about 3 a.m. Sunday.

Police said they found evidence suggesting that a shooting incident did occur along with the possibility someone may have been hurt, potentially related to the shots that were fired.
