PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Hadlock field in Portland hosted its seventh annual "Holiday at Hadlock" today, a free community event to get everyone into the holiday spirit.

The event included activities which included face painting, free hot chocolate and cookies, a s'mores making station, and even a petting zoo. Santa made an appearance as well, flying in via his handy helicopter named "Elf One."

fans were encouraged to bring a wrapped gift for the Toys-For-Tots drive, as well as any new or used baseball equipment to benefit Baseball Miriacles, a program that ensures children in need get to play baseball.
