Growler Bus Adventure
12:45 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5. Starts at Nocturnem Draft Haus, Bangor. $70 single, $120 couple.
Climb aboard the Growler Bus and visit three Bangor-area breweries. At each stop, enjoy samples AND practice some yoga with Maine Yoga Adventures. Because balance. A pizza lunch is included.

Rain or Shine Club

This weekly event is for kids and their adults. It's a guided outdoor adventure every Thursday morning all year. Visit different locations each week (all in the Royal River Conservation Trusts service area) in Yarmouth, North Yarmouth, Pownal, New Gloucester, Cumberland, Durham or Gray.

Mountain Bike Air-Rifle Biathlon
11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 13. Roberts Farm Preserve, Norway. $10.
Ride your mountain bike on the trails at Roberts Farm Preserve - with a few stops to shoot an air rifle at a target. This is one fun biathlon. You bring the bike, the air-rifles (and people who will help you shoot them safely) will be provided.

Super Sauna Saturday
