Lynn Archer shares a recipe for lobster pot pie that she dreamed up hours before coming onto 207.

Yields 2 pies.

4 cups lobster meat

1.5 cups corn (frozen or fresh)

1/2 stick butter

1/4 cup flour

1 cup milk

Salt, pepper and parsley to taste.

Combine butter, flour and milk. Cook on low until thick. Add lobster, corn and 1 cup half and half. Add salt, pepper and parsley until you're happy.

Transfer to pie crusts. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes until golden brown.
